Moritz Münchmeyer

Moritz obtained his masters degree in Physics from Karlsruhe Institut of Technology and his PhD in Physics from UPMC Paris (now Sorbonne University). For his first Postdoc Moritz was a Lagrange Fellow and CNES postdoc at Institute d’Astrophysique de Paris. He then became a Senior Postdoctoral Fellow at Perimeter Institute of Theoretical Physics in Waterloo, Canada. In 2020 Moritz was also a Postdoctoral Affiliate at Vector Institute for Artificial Intelligence.

Moritz joined UW Madison on January 2021 as Assistant Professor.
